SIA adding third flight daily to Osaka

OSAKA - Singapore Airlines is to add a third daily service to Osaka's Kansai International Airport from April 27 to meet growing demand for travel between Singapore and Japan. The new service will add nearly 2,000 seats weely in each direction.

SIA also operates six daily services to Tokyo (Haneda and Narita airports), as well as daily services to both Fukuoka and Nagoya.

Regional subsidiary SilkAir operates three services weekly to Hiroshima, while low-cost subsidiary Scoot operates 11 flights weekly to Osaka, four weekly to Sapporo and 19 weekly to Tokyo Narita.
